Stacy Perry, 3s Teacher
Stacy Perry attended UT Houston Baptist where she worked on her Early Childhood Degree. She has taught over 20 years in childcare as a teacher and a director. Stacy has worked for many summers at HHP in our Kinder Ready and Camp programs. She decided to join Harmony Hill during the school year in 2019. She has since taught several ages including 2s, 3s and PreK. Ms. Stacy loves to read books with the children and make learning fun and exciting. Stacy is married to Dan and has three beautiful daughters, Michele, Stephaney, Berkley and one son, Andrew.

Geleen Friemel, Pre-K Teacher
Geleen Friemel has a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Texas Tech University. She worked at Texas Tech as a student assistant for 5 years while pursuing her degree. She taught at Bright Horizons Family Center as a 3’s teacher for 2 years. She also taught at Austin ISD as a teacher assistant for 4 years for the Regional Day School Program for the Deaf at Brentwood Elementary and Campbell Elementary schools. She joined Harmony Hill in 2016. Even though she is not at the school everyday, her heart has brought her back to help out when needed. Ms. Geleen loves to see the excitement children has as they learn and explore new things. Her love of music, art, math, and literacy is shown through daily interactions and engaging activities. Geleen is married to Nathan and has 2 children, Jude and Evan, both Harmony Hill graduates.
Kimberly Thompson, 3s Teacher
Kimberly Thompson has a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas State University. She has 10 years experience working with early childhood and elementary aged students. She joined Harmony Hill in 2022. She enjoys hiking and biking with her family. She is looking forward to working with children to learn and explore the world around them. Kimberly is married to Patrick and has 1 child, Maddie, who currently attends Harmony Hill Preschool.
Cori Prout, 2s Teacher
Cori Prout attended Santa Monica College. She worked as a nanny for 8 years, where she gained experience working with children. She was a substitute at Harmony Hill while her children attended. She has been working with 2 year old children at Harmony Hill since 2011. Ms. Cori is a hands on teacher who is very nurturing towards our younger children. She is extremely patient and believes that children will learn through play and hands on experiences. Cori is married to Dave and has 4 children, Sydney, Tyler, Audrey and Reilly. All of her children are Harmony Hill Preschool Graduates.

Laura Tapper, Pre-K Teacher
Laura has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from New Paltz University and a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from Wisconsin University. She joined Harmony Hill in 2022 in the PreK classroom. She is excited to begin her teaching journey at Harmony Hill Preschool. She is looking forward to teaching and learning along side her students. She has three sons - Achilles, Caellum and Gunnar who have all attended Harmony Hill.
Sherry Nelson, Director
Sherry Nelson has taught grades Pre-K through 5th grade since 1997. She is a Texas Certified Teacher in All-Level Music with a Bachelor's degree from Southwest Texas State University. She also holds a Texas Licensed Child Care Directors Certificate. Previously she taught K-5th grade music at Austin ISD's Menchaca Elementary School and Round Rock ISD's Double File Trail Elementary and Voigt Elementary School. She also was our Lead Pre-Kindergarten teacher and has been at Harmony Hill since 2009. Ms. Sherry believes every classroom is made up of unique children who vary not only in abilities, but also in learning styles. The role of a teacher is to reach the child at their level and to give then the tools they need to succeed. Sherry is married to Keith and has one beautiful daughter, Shelby, a Harmony Hill Preschool graduate.
Karen James, Assistant Director
Karen James attended South Plains College. Ms. Karen holds her Child Development Associates Degree and has also served as the assistant director. She has worked with 3 and 4 year old children since 1982 and has worked at Harmony Hill since 2007. Ms. Karen believes each child is special and unique whose impressionable minds are able to absorb so much knowledge. She is very excited to be given the opportunity to work with and love your children. Ms. Karen created a fun, stimulating classroom environment, while being structured and nurturing. She feels God had given her the talent to work with your children. Her children are all grown-up now and have blessed her with two grandchildren Rory and Caitlyn. Caitlyn is a Harmony Hill preschool graduate.
Hilary Zetarski, Owner, Director and PreK Teacher
In 2006 Hilary Zetarski co-founded Harmony Hill Preschool. Kerri has since moved on to pursue other passions. Hilary holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas. Hilary is a Texas Certified Teacher with a certificate in Composite Science. She is also a Licensed Child Care Director with the State of Texas. It was always my vision to create a learning environment where the students were hands on and an integral part in their understanding of the world around them. I believe children need to be presented with many types of stimulating interests from music, cooking, science and imaginative play. They need to feel secure, comfortable and happy to explore many opportunities. Parents also need to feel that their child is being cared for and learning in a safe and loving environment. This is what I create in my classroom and at our school. We are glad to have each and every one of your children here with us. We hope we will make a difference in the start of their early educational lives and make an impression on who they become. Hilary is married to Stephen. They have 3 beautiful daughters, Claire, Sophie, and Emilia all Harmony Hill Preschool graduates.
Komal Mahmood , Pre-K Teacher
Komal Mahmood has an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Penn Foster College. She has experience working with children in a homeschool environment during the pandemic and is very excited to join our Pre-K team. She joined Harmony Hill Preschool in 2022. She loves reading books, doing craft projects, traveling and being outdoors with her family. Komal was born and raised in Pakistan. She moved to the US 6 years ago from Dubai. She lives in Round Rock with her husband and three children, Hassan, Haniya and Hammad (who attends Harmony Hill).
