Your deposit will be counted towards the month of May’s tuition. If for some reason you withdraw prior to the first day of class and have paid this deposit up front, it will be refunded. If proper notice and documentation is given, we will use your deposit to cover your last two week's tuition. After your child begins our program, this deposit will not be refunded for any reason. If you withdraw from our program during the school year and then return, this deposit will be required upon re-enrollment.
Payment Information Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Checks and cash are accepted as well as debit and credit cards (service fees may apply). Please make checks payable to Harmony Hill Preschool, LLC. Returned checks are subject to a $25 reissue fee. A late charge of $25 will be added to your account if payment is received 11th-16th, and a $50 late fee will be added to your account if payment is received 17th-21st. Your child will be withdrawn if payment is not received by 21st. Our prices are based on an average of the entire school year. Tuition will be consistent for every month regardless of holidays or school closures. Absence from school due to illness, vacation, etc. will not affect due dates unless prior arrangements are made with the Director.
